Vision
P4L’s vision is to provide students the resources necessary to be successful in life, school and work through motivational communications and workshops. Furthermore, we compliment those communications with follow up that will provide coaching and mentoring, life skills training and professional development.

What is P4L’s Goal?
The answer is very simple, to empower students. The idea for P4L was sparked by founder Lamarr Womble. Lamarr is inspired to speak to students and is genuinely interested in their well-being and success as they go through life’s journey. He wants to change the way we speak to students but also how we develop them by consistent follow up after they experience a P4L leadership session. P4L wants every student to take at least one thing away from our workshops and apply it to their everyday life. If this goal can be accomplished, we will consider our efforts successful.

The Passion Pledge
The Passion Pledge is the pledge P4L has made and encourages all students to do the same!
We pledge from this day forward that we will live life to the fullest, treat people with respect, take advantage of all of our opportunities, make it our mission to find our passion, keep it real and know our next steps to accomplish our goals and live our dreams.

About Lamarr Womble – Speaker/Lifecoach
Lamarr Womble is the founder of Passion for Leadership. He was first inspired to become a motivational speaker after he attended a National Conference on Student Leadership (NCSL) in Orlando, FL in 2005. He always had a knack for leadership, passion for people and was heavily involved in leadership positions during high school and college. From having these experiences, Lamarr discovered his interest in business and public speaking. After hearing Jermaine Davis (Speaker/www.jermainedavis.com) speak at NCSL he was very motivated to pursue speaking to youth with the goal of giving them perspective from his point of view.

One thing he found in being so involved is to be passionate about your education, your job and your activities that occupy your personal time. He found that if he did not have the passion for what he was doing it was tough for him to stay focused on that job or activity, whatever it was. He began P4L to help students maximize their potential and pursue their dreams. He has learned that anything is possible and you are the only person that can hold yourself back.
Lamarr is inspired by his passion to work with students and to share his message. Lamarr believes that you do not always have to do what society expects of you in order to be successful. P4L encourages students to accomplish their goals their way to achieve the results they want. This strategy is incorporated into all of his programming and workshops.
